REFUND POLICY

At Beauty in Color, we are dedicated to providing an exceptional experience and ensuring that our clients are fully satisfied with our services and products. Our refund policy is as follows:

1) Session Fees and Add-Ons

Before the Session:

Session fees and add-ons such as makeup services are fully refundable as long as the session has not occurred. (48hrs before the session)

After the Session:

Add-ons like makeup services are non-refundable once the session has taken place, as the service has been rendered.Session fees may be refunded at the discretion of our Customer Success Manager if the client did not have a great experience and requests a refund. This decision is based on a case-by-case review.


2) Art Packages and Products


Before Fulfillment Begins


Art packages and products (digital images and physical art products) are refundable if:The client has not received any digital images.Images have not yet been selected for retouching or entered the fulfillment process.


Once Fulfillment Begins:


Once images are selected for retouching and the fulfillment process has started, art packages are no longer refundable unless otherwise agreed upon by the Customer Success Manager due to faults on our part.In such cases, a partial refund may be issued.


Unsatisfactory Products:

If clients are not satisfied with the delivered products (digital images or physical art products), we will work with them to resolve the issue and may issue a partial refund as deemed appropriate by the Customer Success Manager.


Our Commitment

We are committed to ensuring that our clients pay only for the products and services they receive and enjoy with us. If any issues arise, we will do our utmost to address them promptly and fairly.
